Gorgeous hotel, nice views and location is convenient not far from a beautiful riverside park, the riverfront and walking trails, restaurants and downtown. I enjoyed superbly friendly personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay. The rooms are stocked and top-class, with beautiful decoration.

I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was magnificent, not too far from Downtown. Good service and a great pool onsite. The staff was pleasant, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Modern hotel, good for a stopover on the way to Vancouver.

Our room faced the train side. Heavy diesel locomotives pass by all night long, very loud. Therefore only choose river side, not city side!

I appreciated the smooth check-in process, made my arrival pleasant. The staff members were genuinely friendly and cute. The beautiful park view from my Grand Room enhanced my stay. I also enjoyed the nearby gardens that added a serene touch to my experience.

The train noise at night was somewhat disruptive.

1.) The restaurant that goes with it - the staff..... 2.) Even if one has a room facing the park, many trains at night are extremely well heard and the hotel vibrates!
